Constitutional Court Decision on the limitation period for filing a lawsuit

The Constitutional Court's decision dated May 2,  2024 with application number 2020/13187 (“Decision”) concerning the violation of the right of access to court within the scope of the right to a fair trial protected under Article 36 of the Constitution due to the dismissal of the lawsuit upon the erroneous decision of the legal term for filing a lawsuit in the reinstatement case was published in the Official Gazette dated July 18, 2024 and numbered 32605.
