Information Note on Recent Regulatory Updates in Media Sector

The Radio and Television Supreme Council has introduced a number of provisions and amendments for the media sector with the regulations published in the Official Gazette dated January 13, 2024 and numbered 32428. The relevant regulations address significant amendments to technical standards and financial policies in the media landscape.
